Vendor Space Details

Each vendor space will be 10x10 feet and we expect to be able to accomodate 40 - 50 vendors.

Our fee per 10x10 space is $50.

Events will take place on Sundays Starting in the Spring Time and going through September. We will also do smaller events to coincide with Derry's Food Truck Friday Events.

We will provide a portable toilet for vendor use, no indoor restrooms will be available.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, lighting, displays, extension cords, weights, and any other setup materials needed for their space. Tent weights are required for safety. Each vendor must sign a liability waiver form.

Flea Market Application

We’re excited to welcome local makers, vintage sellers, artists, small businesses, and community-minded entrepreneurs to our upcoming flea market events in Derry, PA.

Our markets will be held on our greenspace located on South Chestnut Street, across from the Derry Post Office, near Mossback Park. Many of our evening markets will be scheduled to coincide with Derry’s Food Truck Friday events and other community happenings, creating a fun, walkable evening experience for shoppers, families, and visitors.

Each market will feature space for up to 20 vendors. Vendor spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet and are available for $25 per space. Each space has room for up to two tables, allowing vendors to create an inviting setup for their products and displays.

We’re looking for vendors who offer unique, quality goods and help create a friendly, welcoming market atmosphere. Whether you sell handmade items, vintage finds, art, home goods, boutique products, collectibles, baked goods, or other small-business offerings, we’d love to hear from you.

Vendor applications will be reviewed prior to approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, as space is limited and we may curate vendor selections to provide a balanced variety of offerings at each event.

Each event will be scheduled individually, completing this form will get you on our list of vendors to invite for each event. By completing the form below you are not committing to any events just expressing interest in being a vendor at one of our events.
