Moon & Star Amberina Glass Lidded Candy Dish on Pedestal

This Moon & Star amberina glass lidded candy dish is a beautiful statement piece with rich color, classic pressed glass detail, and an elegant pedestal form. The bowl, lid, stem, and foot are all decorated with the familiar Moon & Star pattern, giving the piece plenty of texture and visual interest from top to bottom.

The amberina coloring shifts from warm golden amber into deeper orange and red tones, creating a fiery look that changes with the light. The scalloped bowl edge, raised moon and star motifs, decorative pedestal base, and matching lid with molded knob all work together to give this piece a very substantial, finished appearance.

At approximately 9 inches tall with the lid in place, this is a larger candy dish that works beautifully as a centerpiece or display piece. It can be used for wrapped candy, small treats, or simply displayed in a cabinet, on a sideboard, or as part of a coordinated Moon & Star collection.

A great choice for collectors of Moon & Star glass, amberina glassware, lidded candy dishes, pedestal bowls, pressed glass, retro serving pieces, and collectible decorative glass.
