Moon & Star Green Glass Lidded Candy Dish on Pedestal

This Moon & Star green glass lidded candy dish is a beautiful statement piece with bold color, classic pressed glass detail, and an elegant pedestal form. The bowl, lid, stem, and foot all feature the familiar Moon & Star pattern, giving the piece plenty of texture and visual interest from top to bottom.

The rich green glass has a bright, saturated look that really highlights the raised circular motifs and starburst details throughout the design. The scalloped bowl edge, decorative pedestal base, and matching lid with molded knob give the dish a substantial, finished appearance that works equally well as functional serveware or as a display piece.

This covered dish is a great size for wrapped candy, small treats, or decorative use on a dining room sideboard, mantel, kitchen hutch, or glass display cabinet. It would also make a strong addition to a coordinated collection of Moon & Star pieces, especially alongside other green glass serving pieces and tableware.

A great choice for collectors of Moon & Star glass, green pressed glass, lidded candy dishes, pedestal bowls, collectible kitchen glass, retro serving pieces, and decorative American glass.
