SR56. Sears Merry Mushroom Ceramic Canister with Lid – 1975 Japan

This Sears Merry Mushroom canister dates to 1975 and was made in Japan, as marked on the base. The cream ribbed body is decorated with raised, colorful mushrooms and leaves, topped by a glossy golden-brown mushroom-cap lid with a sculpted mushroom finial. It measures about 8 inches tall with the lid on.

There is a small fine crack on the lid. From the photos, it appears not to pass all the way through, but please review the close-up carefully. The foot ring shows discoloration and shelf wear from age. The canister otherwise presents nicely and makes a charming addition to a Merry Mushroom collection or retro kitchen display.

This pre-owned vintage item may show signs of age and use. Please review the photos and condition details carefully, as they are part of the description.
